This page explains how users of the MukGo mobile application can request deletion of the personal data MukGo has collected. You can delete your data at any time, and you do not need to delete your account to remove specific data.
If you have a MukGo account, open the app and go to Account → Delete my account. After you retype your email to confirm, your account and the data tied to it are deleted immediately — there is no waiting period.
To delete some or all of your data — including if you joined the waitlist but never created an account, or you no longer have access to the app — send us a request:
We verify the request comes from the email owner and complete deletion within 30 days. We'll confirm by email when it's done.

| Location data | No trip history is stored, so there is nothing to delete. Coordinates attached to a review you posted are removed with that review. |
| Anonymous stop ratings and safety-warning consent | Kept. These carry a random device identifier rather than your account, so they cannot be traced back to you or matched to a deletion request. |
MukGo does not sell or share personal data with third parties. Once deleted, data cannot be recovered.
