Terms of Service

These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and Vertex Filtration LLC, 18627 Gresham St, Northridge, CA 91324, USA ("MukGo," "we," "us"). By downloading, installing or using the MukGo app or website, you agree to them.

1.Who may use MukGo

You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal driving age where you live if that is higher. If you use MukGo while operating a vehicle, you must hold a valid licence and carry the insurance your jurisdiction requires. By using MukGo you confirm all of this is true.

2.What MukGo is — and is not

MukGo suggests places near you and helps you plan a stop. It is not a navigation system, not a turn-by-turn guide, not a road-hazard or traffic-safety service, and not a source of real-time charging or fuel availability. It does not monitor the road, detect obstacles, or take any action to keep you safe. Never treat a MukGo screen as a driving instruction.

3.Driving and assumption of risk

Operating a vehicle is dangerous, and interacting with any phone while driving increases that danger. YOU ASSUME ALL RISK arising from your use of MukGo in or near a moving vehicle, including distraction, collision, injury, death, and property damage.

You agree to keep your eyes on the road, obey all traffic and distracted-driving laws, and pull over safely before reading, typing, or photographing anything.

MukGo locks input-heavy features when it detects motion, but that detection depends on GPS and can be delayed, wrong, or unavailable. It is a courtesy, not a safety system, and its presence does not reduce your responsibility. If you are a passenger and declare yourself as one in order to unlock those features, you take responsibility for that declaration.

4.Third-party information is provided as-is

Place names, hours, prices, ratings, charger counts, connector types, fuel grades and availability come from third parties (including Google Places and other users) and from automated processing. They are frequently wrong, stale, or incomplete. We do not verify them and we do not guarantee that any place exists, is open, is reachable in the time shown, has a working charger, or is safe.

Walk times, dwell estimates, countdowns and AI-generated stop plans are estimates only. Verify anything that matters before you rely on it.

5.Your reviews, photos and content

You keep ownership of what you post. You grant MukGo a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, translate and distribute it inside the service. Post only content you have the right to post; no illegal, harassing, hateful, deceptive or privacy-invading material, and no reviews you were paid to write. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules, with or without notice.

6.Your account

Keep your login credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. You may stop using MukGo at any time, and you may delete your account and associated data from the in-app Account page, or request deletion by email — see our Data Deletion page. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these terms, fraud, or abuse of rewards and referral programs.

7.Premium, rewards and payments

Some features require a paid subscription. Where you purchase through an app store, that store handles billing, renewal and refunds under its own terms; manage or cancel there. Free-tier limits (such as the number of AI stop plans per day) may change. Reward credits and referral bonuses have no cash value, cannot be sold or transferred, and may be voided if obtained through abuse.

8.Disclaimer and limitation of liability

MUKGO IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MUKGO AND ITS OPERATOR ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, NOR FOR ANY DEATH, BODILY INJURY, VEHICLE OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, MISSED CHARGING OR TRAVEL TIME, OR COSTS OF SUBSTITUTE SERVICES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF MUKGO.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS IN ANY 12-MONTH PERIOD IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (a) WHAT YOU PAID US IN THAT PERIOD, OR (b) US$50.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you; the remainder still applies to the fullest extent permitted.

9.Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless MukGo, its operator, and their contractors and suppliers from any claim, demand, loss, liability, damages, fine, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: your use of MukGo; your operation of a vehicle; your breach of these terms or of any law; a false declaration that you are a passenger; content you post; or your infringement of anyone's rights. We may take over the defence of any such claim at your expense, and you will not settle it without our written consent.

10.Changes, governing law and contact

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app and take effect when you next use MukGo. If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest stays in force.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and you agree that the state and federal courts located in California have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. Nothing here removes rights you have under the mandatory consumer-protection laws of the country you live in.

11.Apple App Store

If you obtained MukGo from the Apple App Store: these terms are between you and Vertex Filtration LLC only, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for MukGo. Apple is not responsible for any product warranty, product-liability claim, or third-party intellectual-property claim relating to MukGo. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
